On Calle Alcalá we fully renovated this space —originally an office— to return it to its condition as a home. We recovered the charm of the past and the building's history and dressed them in modernity, without giving up functionality or comfort.

The living room is arranged around the fireplace, with sofas designed by the studio, contemporary art and chosen pieces that bring colour and character. Warm woods, fine marbles and a layout conceived for daily life turn what was once a workspace into a bright, welcoming home.

The project was the centrepiece of the feature «A new story» in Interiores magazine.
