Penthouse in Torre de Valencia, facing the Retiro

Few projects command as much respect as this one: a 283 m² penthouse on the 27th floor of the Torre de Valencia, with Madrid and the Retiro park at its feet. We developed it together with Lumier.

Facing views like these, the interior seeks serenity: chevron wood floors, panelling and dark wood lattices that add depth, and curved-line furniture in raw tones with green accents that draw the park inside. A viewpoint of a home, designed so the city becomes one more painting on the living-room wall.
