Full renovation on Calle Barquillo, Justicia

On Calle Barquillo, in the heart of the Justicia neighbourhood, we fully renovated this 247 m² home in a classic Madrid building, a project developed together with our development company, Lumier.
The living room is arranged around the fireplace, beneath a sculptural black light fixture, with curved-line sofas in raw tones. An original arch frames the kitchen, finished in a deep green that plays off the black-and-white geometric floors. Curved oak in the entrance hall, contemporary art and restored mouldings complete one of the most characterful homes we have signed in central Madrid.
