Full renovation on Diego de León, Salamanca District

Full renovation of a 241 m² home on Calle Diego de León, in the most residential stretch of the Salamanca District, inside a building designed by the architect Ricardo Aroca.

The living area preserves and restores its exposed vaulted ceilings of more than three metres in height, and opens the living-dining room onto a private south-facing terrace. The kitchen, set apart by an elegant metal-framed sliding door, blends naturally into the space around a Dekton island. The three bedrooms —all en suite, two with dressing rooms— are completed with oak floors, a home-automation system and furniture designed by the studio.
