To renovate is to elevate: why we transform buildings with history

In the luxury real estate market, two models coexist. One builds new towers with imported materials and identical finishes in Madrid, Dubai or Miami. The other —ours— seeks buildings with history, studies their structure, respects their character and turns them into homes that can only exist here.

Whoever designs is whoever decides

We are not a conventional developer: we are an architecture studio that develops its own singular projects. That difference is fundamental, because there are no intermediaries between the architectural vision and the final result. Every moulding restored, every partition removed and every light point placed responds to a conscious design decision, not to a compromise between departments.

Tradition and innovation

We rescue the original essence of each building —its architecture, its noble materials, its historic details— so that history remains the protagonist. And, at the same time, we integrate technology, contemporary design and high-performance systems: underfloor heating, home automation, advanced security and professional-grade kitchens. The result is a home where an 1890 coffered ceiling coexists without friction with lighting controlled from a phone; a restored oak floor and a Calacatta marble island.

What sets us apart

Total control of the process. From selecting the building to handing over the keys, we manage every phase. We do not subcontract site management or delegate design decisions.

Integrated furniture. Through Diago Home, our line of handcrafted furniture, each home can be delivered fully furnished. It is not a commercial add-on: each piece is designed or selected for the space it will occupy.

Irreplicable locations. We work on singular buildings in Madrid's best neighbourhoods, properties that, by their location and character, cannot be reproduced.
